I spent a wonderful Saturday recently photographing Adele’s Baptism. The event was made even more special by the incredible family I had the honor of capturing—parents with their three lovely daughters and one adorable son. This enchanting setting and the warmth of the family created a magical experience that I am excited to share.

The christening ceremony itself was intimate and heartfelt, taking place at the Church of the Transfiguration of Christ in Griskabudis. Adele, the family’s beautiful daughter, was the star of the ceremony. As the family gathered around, there was a palpable sense of love and unity. The parents beamed with pride and joy, while the three daughters and their little brother participated with enthusiasm and curiosity. Capturing these candid moments of connection and affection was truly rewarding.

I focused on documenting every detail of the ceremony—from the solemn moments of blessing to the joyous reactions of the children. The oldest, their son, was particularly endearing as he observed everything with wide-eyed wonder. The daughters, dressed in matching outfits, were delightful subjects, bringing a sense of charm and playfulness to the photos.

Capturing Natural Beauty and Family Bonds

After the ceremony, we took advantage of the manor’s beautiful gardens for a family photoshoot. The vibrant flowers, manicured lawns, and elegant pathways provided a variety of scenic spots for capturing both posed portraits and spontaneous interactions.

Zyplių Manor, with its historic charm and picturesque surroundings, provided a stunning backdrop for the christening. The manor, surrounded by lush gardens and tranquil landscapes, exudes an aura of elegance and serenity. It was the perfect venue to celebrate such a significant milestone in the family’s life. The combination of historical architecture and natural beauty added a timeless quality to the photographs, making each shot feel like a work of art.

The children’s laughter and playful energy brought the photos to life. They ran around, explored their surroundings, and shared moments of sibling love that were a joy to photograph. The parents’ happiness and pride were evident in every frame, adding an emotional depth to the images.

Photographing this christening at Zyplių Manor was an unforgettable experience. The combination of a stunning location and a loving, beautiful family made for a day filled with joy and memorable moments. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of this special occasion and to have had the opportunity to capture these precious memories for the family.
